| Call Conferencing |
Call conferencing enables you to converse with up to 6 other parties at the same time. All you need to do is to initiate a call from your phone and then add different parties to the call. Call conferencing can be conducted at any location. For further information click here |
| Call Holding / Waiting |
The Call holding/waiting service allows you to answer two calls at the same time by placing one call on hold. When you are on a call with one party and another party calls at the same time, you can put the first call on hold and answer the incoming call without disconnecting either call. | Call Fowarding and Diverting |
Call Forwarding enables you to forward all incoming calls to another phone or to voicemail. You can still make outgoing calls after activating this facility, though all incoming calls are automatically forwarded to another phone.

This facility lets you send and receive copies of documents over the telephone network. This requires a Fixed Wireless Terminal (FWT). For further information click here |
| Internet/Data |
The CDMA phone acts as a modem, which allows you to log into the Internet by using a common user name and password. This requires the following:
- A Fixed Wireless Terminal (FWT)/ Fixed Wireless Phone (FWP), which supports data (eg Huawei 2051)
- DB9 - DB9 or DB9 - USB cable to connect the phone to the PC. A DB9 – USB cable requires you to install the necessary USB drivers.

| CLI-Caller Line Idendification |
CLI lets you see who is calling you by displaying the number of the incoming call on your phone. This helps you to stay in control of the calls you prefer to answer. For further information click here |
| SMS |
Text messaging (or Short Message Service) lets you send and receive short typed messages through the CDMA network. You must use the phone key pad to type the message. If the phone is switched off, messages are stored in the network and delivered when the customer switches the phone on. This requires a Fixed Wireless Phone (FWP). | Voice Mail |
Voice Mail allows incoming callers to leave messages when you are unable to answer a phone call. Voice Mail gives you the liberty to not answer a call but still receive information. All incoming voice messages are stored in personalized mailboxes. For further information click here |
| Three-Way Calling |
Three-way Calling allows you to add a third party to a connected call. You can either choose to speak privately to the third party or conduct a three-way call. For further information click here |
| Call Transfer |
The Call Transfer facility allows you to transfer calls between phones without disconnecting your existing call.
